Every RV rental is insured for 1 million dollars of civil liability and property damage, with a deductible of $3,000 for collision and other risks. Our insurance policy does not cover the loss of personal belongings, or accommodation, transportation or replacement vehicle costs if the vehicle is immobilized.
Exoneration in case of damage with your RV rental (Montreal,...)
VIP coverage on your RV rental is available for $24.50 per night (included in our prices). VIP coverage reduces the client's responsability as described below. We must be informed immediately of any accident, and must be provided with a written police report including file number.

Please note the following conditions for your RV rental (Montreal +++):
There is no insurance coverage for an RV driven in a restricted zone without authorization. Restricted zones include commercial establishments and private roads, trips to Mexico, the Alaska Highway north of Fort St-John, the Cassiar Highway north of the Meziadin Junction (Highway 37), Highway 35 north of Peace River, east of Sept-Iles, all roads in the Yukon and the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Labrador and Newfoundland. Driving in these zones without authorization will result in a fine of $900.
In addition, please note that it is strictly forbidden to park your vehicle in Montreal or Ottawa or the surrounding areas. This includes all pay parking, hotel parking, by the side of any road, shopping centre parking lots, etc. In these cities, park your vehicle in a campground and use public transport, taxis etc.
